At Oculo, we make construction documentation as efficient, effective and easy as possible, powered by advanced computer vision algorithms
Construction projects are plagued with delays, and regularly finish over time and over budget. Monitoring of progress on site is costly, imperfect and subjective. On a micro scale, this leads to delay fees, compromised quality, and deep frustration amongst all stakeholders. On a macro scale, it means wasting millions of pounds and months of delays on projects, including critical housing and transportation projects around the country.
We solve this by applying elements of SLAM and photogrammetry to create an automated process that documents the site and creates a 3D model that can facilitate collaboration.

Tom
FOUNDER & CEO
Prior to founding Oculo, Tom spent 15 years working in product management and software engineering. He has worked in a range of industries across Europe, Latin America and Australia. Highlights include leading part of the JIRA team at Atlassian and launching the 5th bestselling app in the UK AppStore. Tom holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA from London Business School.
Wojtek
CO-FOUNDER & COO
Wojtek’s background is in management consulting, having spent over 5 years in L.E.K. Consulting in London and Shanghai, where he developed company strategies, restructured operations and devised growth plans for FTSE250 companies. He later worked for an medtech startup developing AI-based cancer detection software. He holds M.Phil. in Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School.

Rob
COMPUTER VISION
Rob is a Computer Vision expert, and helps set Oculo’s product roadmap. He has worked extensively on self-driving cars at Lyft and at Blue Vision Labs, so brings a wealth of SLAM knowledge and is excited by the idea of tackling the challenges of a new industry.
Jason
OPERATIONS & GROWTH
Prior to joining Oculo, Jason spent 9 years working in management consulting with Accenture, where he worked within the technology, supply chain, and innovation teams. He has supported clients with digital transformation across industries including retail, manufacturing, and construction. He holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Cambridge University.
John
SALES
John has over 18 years of sales leadership experience delivering digital transformation solutions across all industries. His role within Oculo is to help define and execute sales strategy and communicate Oculo's value to Contractors, Developers and Property Consultancies to drive revenue growth and customer success. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing from Nottingham Business School.
Joe
FULL STACK
Joe is a full stack product engineer with experience across multiple sectors, including internet of things and fintech. His role at Oculo is ensuring that our products exceed our customers needs, and do so securely and efficiently. He holds a PhD in mathematics, and outside of work spends most of his time running around after his son and his pets.
Karlo
COMPUTER VISION
Karlo is a software engineer with a background spanning infrastructure management, computer vision, and backend development. Within the company, he is responsible for overseeing Oculo’s infrastructure and video processing pipeline, ensuring it operates seamlessly, efficiently and securely. Karlo is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, and holds a master’s degree in Computer Science.
Michael
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Before joining Oculo, Michael was a founder of Telos, a digital construction consultancy helping engineering and construction companies with adoption of mobile and cloud technology. Prior to that, he was a construction technology consultant at Autodesk. He holds a MSc in Construction Management.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Sokratis brings to the team his experience and insight of the construction site. Having worked as a Site Manager with some of the biggest names in the industry, Multiplex and Berkeley Group, Sokratis understands our clients and their day to day struggles. He holds a BEng of Civil Engineering from the University of Bath.

Dhruv Parekh
Dhruv's background is at KKR, where he spent 10 years focusing on the tech industry. Most recently he was the CEO of VC-backed Masternaut for 5 years, selling to top construction companies in Europe, before exiting to Michelin Group in 2019. He advises Oculo on enterprise sales and growth.
Ben Naftzger
A member of the original Atlassian leadership team and responsible for scaling Atlassian’s sales, marketing and operations internationally, growing revenue from $1M to $1B.
Filip Rogaczewski
Having scaled the Alexa platform at Amazon, as well as Atlassian Cloud to meet demand on a global scale, Filip is an expert in scaling SaaS & ML systems. He is currently a Software Development Manager at Amazon.
Dan Stefanic
Dan is a partnerships expert and has held senior roles in enterprise sales at Atlassian, IBM and Symantec. He guides Oculo’s partnership strategy.
Ed Rooney
Ed is Sales & Operations Director at JLL, bringing deep construction industry knowledge and advising Oculo on business development.
